[Case Study] Touch-Up Process for Coated Products

We would like to introduce a case study of the installation of local exhaust equipment for organic solvents in the touch-up process. In the touch-up process of painted products, organic solvents are generated, and it was necessary to remove these solvents through ventilation to consider the health of the workers. With the installation of the push-pull device "Ventilator" on the lift workbench, it became possible for multiple people to work on small parts, and the height of the lift workbench could be adjusted for touch-up painting on larger parts. Furthermore, it also became possible to exhaust the organic solvents generated during work.
